Ordered a tiered wedding cake that was around $500.00 . The day of my wedding the delivery was an hour late. I called and they said the delivery van had a flat tire. I understand things happen. They stated they attempted to call me but never got through. I show no missed calls . No text messages that came through late , showing an attempt to contact me. Not to sure how they couldn’t get their calls through but it could call them just fine. The cake eventually showed up but was tilting . The table was uneven . But rather than saying something to the venue staff or making any effort to stabilize the cake they left as soon as the cake was set up. The cake eventually toppled over . By some Miracle my brother caught the cake and family assisted in separating the layers so it was no longer leaning . I went to Artos week after week to try their cake flavors and was so hopeful in their abilities. Although whatever cake we salvaged was good tasting their service was horrible. Had some basic effort been made to stabilize the cake, move it to a different table (because there were plenty) really any effort to showed they cared about our experience would have been appreciated. I ordered my sister’s birthday cake months in advance and paid for it ahead of time. When I went to pick up the cake today I was shocked at how amazing it was. It was matching the inspiration picture perfectly. I’m still stunned by how amazing it is. The service was amazing. From when I ordered the cake, to communication a few days before pick up, to picking up the cake everyone was very professional and kind.

Arturo’s cake shop saved my birthday party after an unfortunate date mixup at another cake shop. I was panicking and needing a birthday cake in less than an hour. I called them and told about my situation and that I need a Hawaiian cake and they had it ready for me in 15 minutes with my name and everything. What an amazing business, the cake was beautiful and delicious, it didn’t even feel like a “backup” cake. Thank you again for everything you guys are amazing.❤️🎂

I want to thank Artos Cake shop for their amazing work and customer service. They answered my prayers on a last minute cake. The cake was a highlight at our event. Many pics were taken and no one wanted the cake to be cut. I HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMEND THEM. Thank you Artos Cake Shop!

Artos did an am amazing job on my sons cake! The cake was a three tier, chocolate with chocolate filling, vanilla with pudding, filling, and strawberry with a strawberry filling, the cake was moist and delicious. They even delivered my cake. We received so many compliments. Thank you so much definitely would recommend them!
